NMCHEA provides training for all organizational levels.  NMCHEA specializes in the administration, management, and evaluation process of educational institutions, community-based organizations, and private sector businesses.  Through its management institute, NMCHEA offers strategic consulting services for organizational change initiatives. The goal of the "Managing Together Institute" is to provide staff development programs and technical assistance to these entities. The programs are designed to:  1) upgrade and enhance employees' leadership  2) management  3) motivation  4) fiscal accountability  5) improve the deliver of services to recipients more cost effectively.

Our mission is the self development of people.  NMCHEA develops people, evaluate, and disseminate programs to businesses, community-based agencies, elementary, secondary, and post-secondary institutions of education.
